Activities realized from 1st till 2nd meeting

  1. Signing of project agreements with all partners and signing of licence agreements with TECOS, ISPA, MAPRO (transferred products).
  2. Communication with partners about changes/corrections in their budget (TECOS, ISPA, MAPRO) – without change of the total project budget.
  3. Realisation of project web page: www.edmould.a-omega.sk and the project LOGO.
    - Passwords for private section of web page for all partners and the external evaluator
  4. Valorisation (Dissemination + Exploitation) – table (see the attachment).
  5. TESTING
    • Direct addressing of companies for educational program testing – tables (see attachment)
    • We already have 72 registered companies and we can supply maximum 60 companies
    • Creation and modification of criteria for lectors
    • Addressing of potential lectors (CV in form of Europass, till know 10 lectors)
    • Preparing trainings of lectors (in CZ, SI, SR) – dates fixed during 2nd partner meeting
  6. Working group - MAPRO in ISPA – 27/28 January 2010.
  7. Meeting - A-OMEGA with MAPRO in Czech Republic – fixing and adaptation of transferred educational materials from MAPRO (finished Manual till May 31). Translation of transferring product (Manual) from Czech to Slovak language (during testing)
  8. E-learning from TECOS – already translated into Slovak, sent to TECOS to transformation of Slovak text into the program – finished till the 2nd meeting (end of March).
  9. Translation of transferred product from ISPA – already done into Slovak and English language.
  10. Controlling of financial analytics of each project partner – from October 2009 till February 2010.
  11. Preparation of 2nd partner meeting.
